I called to speak to both new and used car sales managers with a question about the car I purchased. They did not give me the courtesy of returning my calls. We have been waiting for a refund from them for 2,700. 00 for months and I keep getting excuses. I was annoyed they charged us 5.00 for tires and 1.50 for a battery fee on a brand new car but this is egre 00 for months and I keep getting excuses. I've only had bad experiences at the service department. They tried to charge me 3k for a service under warranty then took over a month to complete the repair. I had to go in 3 times for one service because They tried to charge me 3k for a service under warranty then took over a month to complete the repair. I had to go in 3 times for one service because they told me parts were in stock that were not. And to boot, the wash at the end has always left water spots. I'm done with Hanania Subaru. More
