I was burned out and tired of high pressure sales from rude dealerships. As soon as I arrived at Subaru of Orange Park, Sean was super nice and helpful. I was struggling financially but really wanted a safe SUV for me and my toddler. Sean helped me make my favorite car a reality from start to finish. He even made sure my toddler had a good time with a balloon and crayons and snacks. Bob was super great with finance and Hooked me Up. Once I arrived all the figures were correct, no last minute changes or sales pitches. Excellent price on the car (or I would not have driven 3 hours!). Met the manager, Benji, who was pleasant, straightforward and gave me a fair price on my trade. Sean was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or aggressive and none of the "xx" you often get from salespeople. The woman who did my financing papers was very knowledgeable and found me the best lender with the best rate. Have to say it was the best car buying experience I've had and I have owned Subarus since 1983. More
