We had not bought a new car in several years and were not looking forward to the process of negotiating over the price of a new car. For those questions for which an immediate answer was not available, further inquiries were made by Ali which resulted in ALL our questions being answered. Since it was October 2012 and we were buying a 2013 car which was not on site with the options we requested, Ali obtained the car from another dealership in a very timely manner. The options we requested were taken care of and the car was ready for us to pick up in a very reasonable time. When we picked up the car, Ali spent considerable time reviewing the features with us. We also appreciated his follow up contact to make sure there were no problems.
