Ali and Dennis were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous today. When I made the appointment to come in, it was simply to start paperwork for a car that was not yet in the dealership. Our experience with Tristan was a great. He is very knowledgeable and driven for his age! Our experience purchasing the car could have been better. We called before arriving to make sure we could see the car. After driving two hours from Sunapee NH we were told we had to prove financial intent and actually sign paperwork to then be taken 10 minutes away to see the car. We have never experienced a business practice such as this, and quite frankly were considering walking out right then and there. Had the car not been on our must have list, we would have walked. It felt insulting and discriminatory. More
