I generally like this dealership. The service is particularly good. The staff is friendly and courteous. My only criticism is the last two times I waited for my service to be compl The service is particularly good. The staff is friendly and courteous. My only criticism is the last two times I waited for my service to be completed, I could see my car was driven around and was complete, but I was not notified right away. I realize they are busy checking in new customers; however, I picked an early time of the day to get it done quickly. If they tighten this one small issue up, it would be a 5-star in my book. More

Worst dealership around! Find another place that is honest and upfront. Brought my truck in to have the check engine light looked at, supposed to be on Tuesday at 8am was n Find another place that is honest and upfront. Brought my truck in to have the check engine light looked at, supposed to be on Tuesday at 8am was never brought in until later on in the day. Didn't get my truck back until Thursday night. $2500 later and the light is still on and they forgot to do my inspection. The mechanic broke my wheel bearing and I had to replace it. Worst experience of my life, after buying 6 cars there I will never buy another car from them again or take my car there. Don't waste your time and take your car to a place that is going to be honest and do what they are supposed to instead of making more problems and not fixing the existing one. More

Handy Toyota has been my wife's go-to spot for her Rav. When my FJ cruiser needed some work, I immediately thought of Handy. I was super happy that the incredible service extended to my wife certainly carried over to my experience as well. The folks on the phone and Alan my service rep during my time that Handy had my FJ was excellent. He took care of all my needs. He was timely and genuinely asking questions about my experience with my FJ. It was nice exchange Toyota stories. I am looking forward to using handy again if my car needs it. Cheers! More
