My appt went very well. Dropping the car off was quick. I had given them a pickup time of 4. They contacted us by 2pm which worked out very well. At check-in I presen Dropping the car off was quick. They even highlited my tires being half worn per a multipoint inspection even though wasn’t getting a state inspection. Couldn’t have asked for a more smooth transaction. More

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Handy Toyota in St. Albans, VT. While the vehicle itself performs as expected and meets standard reliability, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. During my first visit, a basic issue wasn’t handled properly—the maintenance alert was never reset. I was then asked to come back to resolve something that should have been completed the first time. This is not a small inconvenience, especially since I work two jobs and have to carefully plan any return visits. On my second visit, things didn’t improve. I specifically requested that the staff check my trunk door, an issue I had already raised multiple times in my scheduled appointments. That request was completely ignored—similar to a previous experience I had at another Toyota dealership. It’s frustrating to repeatedly communicate a concern and have it disregarded. To make matters worse, I also requested a follow-up phone call from a service agent, which was never returned. A lack of communication only adds to the overall poor experience. At this point, if these concerns are not properly addressed, I will escalate the matter to the corporate level. Customers should not have to chase down basic service or feel unheard when raising legitimate issues. More
