Received notification that Handys had the parts to resolve the 2022 highlander recall. Made an appt next day and they were able to get me in within a week. They estimated recall work to be about an hour and that was correct too. It was more like 45min. I’m assuming they did great work because the bumper hasn’t fallen off yet. During our wait time we worked with Cody (sales). He recognized us in the lot looking at Tundras and came over to immediately help. More

Excellent Customer Experience! After a state inspection, we found out the rotors and pads needed to be replaced, therefore the state inspection on our 2012 Prius Plugin failed the After a state inspection, we found out the rotors and pads needed to be replaced, therefore the state inspection on our 2012 Prius Plugin failed the inspection. We needed to come back for another appointment to have them replaced. Alan does such an outstanding job in coordinating an appointment to have the brakes replaced. While we were there we found out there was a nail in the sidewall of our tire. Alan set up a rental for me to go back home to pick up a set of tires, they could install on the vehicle. Alan does provide an Excellent Customer Experience. If I was Alan’s boss, I would give him a raise! Thanks Alan! More
