Service was fine, however receiving numerous phone calls from people stating that workers at Handys were talking about my failed inspection in detail to people who know me is an absolute joke. I will not be returning as a customer and once my lease is up, I’ll be in search of a different dealership. This is a very unprofessional place of business and has just lost a customer of almost 20 years. More

My only concern is my service was to be an hour tops. It wasn’t finished for two and a half hours. Perhaps, they overbooked or a mechanic called in sick? I was disappointed in my service at Handy Toyota. I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. They informed me that my car need 4 new brakes but there I was there for a scheduled appointment. They put me in for an hour and a half appointment. I was told I would be waiting for an hour and a half to two hours for my car appointment (which was scheduled ahead of time). However it took Handy’s in Saint Albans 3 hours and 22 minutes to complete the two hours for my car appointment (which was scheduled ahead of time). However it took Handy’s in Saint Albans 3 hours and 22 minutes to complete the job (which was an inspection and tire rotation). I ended up going out and asking for the time left for my appointment and my paperwork was sitting on the counter and the gentleman working said “oh it has been here” I was disappointed with the lack of communication during this appointment.
