Scheduled an 8:15 oil change tire rotation. Was told it would take three hours. Had to wait an hour for a shuttle home, then dropped me off last of six other passengers, so I basically drove around 5 different cities before getting home at 10:30. Carlos never called me to update me even when it was well past four hours. I had to call. He said it would be ready in five minutes, then I asked if a shuttle would be picking me up again soon, I was told that it's a courtesy and the shuttle driver was busy and he couldn't give me a concrete time when I would get picked up to get my car. Finally I just decided to find my own ride back to the dealer. When I get there, Carlos was friendly enough, but rather short with me, when I asked if I needed to go over the multipoint inspection or anything, he just told me me to go see the cashier. The cashier didn't seem interested in going over anything either, but was not rude or anything. It just seemed like kinda poor customer service all around. I scheduled a simple oil change and tire rotation at 8:15 am, and wasn't back home with my car until almost 2 pm. Who knows how much longer, had I waited for a shuttle back. I don't really know what's the point of scheduling was. Carlos seems like a nice guy, and I'm sure he was busy. It just felt like once he knew I was just getting a basic oil change and I wasn't a high ticket customer, he kinda didn't care about me More
