Hanlees Napa Volkswagen - Service Center

I would not recommend this dealership for service. I feel they do not stand behind their service and the customer service was non-existent. I felt the service manger, Kevin, did not do a great job co I feel they do not stand behind their service and the customer service was non-existent. I felt the service manger, Kevin, did not do a great job communicating with the customer on the status of the car and unwilling to stand behind their service that did not repair the car on the first visit. The car was brought in for service a week before and had some work done, but the problem did not get fixed. The car was brought in the next week for another appointment for the same problem and this time it did get fixed. The dealership did not stand behind their service and I was basically charged for two services that should have been done at the first service appointment. They should have discounted more the $100 for a job that should have been taken care of the first time it was dropped off for service. I have been a customer at this dealership for the past 7 years and have never had a problem before. They were always willing to work with the customer and stand behind their service. After this last service experience I will not be returning to this dealership for service.. More

Overall, I am pleased with the service here, I do have one issue though: I bring my car to you for all service and recently the service was for the 120k mile service which apparently includes flushing the one issue though: I bring my car to you for all service and recently the service was for the 120k mile service which apparently includes flushing the brake fluid. The thing is I just had that done last year and it wasn't cheap so why aren't you, the dealer catching that? That is the whole point of me bringing car to you- this was an expensive service and even if I had save a couple hundred dollars, that would have been helpful. More
