The call back from the service department was less than expected. Supposed to have the diagnostic test ready by noon, didn’t hear a thing all day. I called THEM at 4:00pm. Told me what was wrong, they had expected. Supposed to have the diagnostic test ready by noon, didn’t hear a thing all day. I called THEM at 4:00pm. I waited until 3:00pm, no call, so I called THEM again, said they would have to call me back…waited another hour before receiving a call… very bad communication. More
