Horrible service, managers are dogging phone calls at all cost. Bought a car with pre-existing issue they promised to fix during test drive. But turned out unwilling to reimburse the more than $1200 cost I s cost. Bought a car with pre-existing issue they promised to fix during test drive. Lied to me twice about what that "accessories" charge included before finally admitting it was a lojack. Then told me it can't be removed. After arguing with a finance person I was offered a discount on the lojack and then after arguing more was told it could be removed. When I decided I had changed my mind about the car (for reasons that should be obvious now) I asked for my pre-approval check back. The finance person tried to bully me even further and when I insisted on getting my check back he finally said he would go get it but instead went over to his co-workers to talk xxxx about me. It took his manager walking to his office and grabbing my check for me to finally get it back. This place deserves to go out of business. Awful place. You deserve better. More

The service department is rude and will hassle you when using your warranty. Charge extra for parts to get money from the customer even though your warranty pays for parts and labor. Deceptive; hadn't disclosed previous accident until signing the paperwork. By that point I was so worn down by the long purchasimg process that I ended up buying the car anyway...
