Great service, got my truck in quickly Windshield wiper switch wouldn’t turn off. They got me in the next day and had it repaired by 3:30 in the afternoon. Unprofessional Took over a month to get a repair done. During that month period I would drop the car off and pick it back up, drop it off and pick it back up, over a Took over a month to get a repair done. During that month period I would drop the car off and pick it back up, drop it off and pick it back up, over and over. The repair is failing again and they say I’m out of warranty. They recorded my mileage when I first went in, and did not change it to when the work was done. Very unprofessional and uncaring. It was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend the Ford service to anyone. More
