Dealership personnel were not customer service oriented. While Juan the salesman was personable, he seemed inexperienced. However, the GM and finance manager were rude and condescending. The whole experience began when I found a vehicle on line and wanted to test drive it. Vehicle was stuck in a muddy area and Harbin personnel made no effort to bring it out. I had to buy tow straps so a friend and I could pull it out to test drive it. Vehicle was a decent price with low miles so I was willing to put up with the lack of professionalism and customer service. Harbin was also no help in getting financing, and when they provided the invoice, There were extra fees and a high cost warranty added that were never discussed. Finally when we painfully worked out the sale, the vehicle was dirty, and brake light and rear turn signal were burnt out. Led me to believe that absolutely no service check was done when the vehicle was traded in. More

On 12/1 I was having issues with my Ford Escape and was afraid to drive it. I call the Ford dealer where I made the purchase, they couldn't give me an appointment until February 8th, I explained I was afr afraid to drive it. They were so caring and even asked if I need it towed to the dealership. The employees are very professional and caring. I will be buying my next car from Harbin. More

We had a very trying situation. We were in the middle of a long road trip when the transmission on our 2008 GMC Yukon XL went out. The news wasn't what we were hoping for on that vehicle so we bought a used 2019 Ford Expedition Max Limited off the lot. This is not usually how I'd buy a vehicle, but we really didn't have any better options at the time. The people we dealt with were very friendly and very understanding of our situation. We love our new car, it just wasn't something we had been planning on at that time. More
