Service Dept. I got my car at another dealership, it is only 5 months old and there was a very weird noise every time I turned the wheel, kind of scary. I called the dealer I purchased it at Norm Reeves in Cerritos they couldn't give me an appointment for 2 weeks and the girl in the service department was very rude. I told her my concern and said I didn't know if it was safe and she told me that if I thought it was unsafe I shouldn't drive it, that she couldn't put me ahead of other customers. I called Harbor Hyundai and Candice in the service department was very nice and helpful, they had to order the part so I had to go back a second time, but they assured me I was safe. There driver who drove me home and back while they worked on my car, was Saul, and he is an extremely nice man. I am sorry I didn't lease my car from you, but I will be back for all future services.... More
