This dealer has good and bad aspects My engine failed and after 4 days corporate gave the ok to replace it. Problem is they didn't have any available engines. Jake was my service advisor My engine failed and after 4 days corporate gave the ok to replace it. Problem is they didn't have any available engines. Jake was my service advisor and he was very good. He gave me updates and kept me somewhat in the loop. Now for the problems. Since the engine put strain on my battery it was low when I brought it in. It was only 1 1/2 years old. The mechanic failed to disconnect my battery and keep it charged and they refused to take responsibility for failure to take proper steps to keep this from happening. Well when the car was ready I had no choice but to buy a new one from them. They refused to replace my battery. I asked them to reimburse me and they refused. I have contacted customer support and I'm waiting for their response. My car sat out in the elements for 4 1/2 months with total neglect. My cabin filter needs replacing also and that also was not old. Jake was their scapegoat in telling me they wouldn't reimburse for the battery. When I picked it up 4 1/2 months later the ac didn't work. The papers I was given said everything was checked. How can that be when the air only sent out hot air. I drove several blocks to be sure. Back to the shop again. The paper they handed me said CUSTOMER PAY. Oh no. They however didn't charge me after all. More

I received a text shortly after leaving the service counter confirming that I would be notified when my car was ready. The dealership lounge was clean and comfortable and offered free hot beverages while I waited for my car to be serviced. I also appreciated that the service counter, lounge, restroom, and cashier were all in the same building and only steps away from each other. I will definitely be going back for future services. More
