He was a pleasure to work with from the time we got there to the time I got to drive off the lot with my new 2016 sonata. He wasn't pushy at all. Im picky, so I did want to see for myself what each model had to offer & he was very patient. The team here is nice & say hello with a smile. They offer drinks & pastries. He explained the details of the car and how they price compared to other dealers, giving you all the information up front. We sat down to talk details and he was not pushy in any way. I really respected the fact he would check in and make sure I was okay with what we discussed before moving on into any further steps. He worked with his team to make sure I got what I wanted, and for a price I wanted too. Financing was a breeze and I was happy to accept the offer prepared. All Good Except for One Thing I recently traded in my 2010 Hyundai Elantra to lease a 2016 Elantra GT. Johnny helped me take advantage of the "equity" in my 2010 to make the lease I recently traded in my 2010 Hyundai Elantra to lease a 2016 Elantra GT. Johnny helped me take advantage of the "equity" in my 2010 to make the lease affordable and also get a sizable check. I could have gotten more for my car if I sold it independently but decided I didn't want the hassle -- and I would not have been eligible to receive a refund of the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. I am satisfied with the deal I made. I love the look and feel of the new Elantra GT. I had my pick of color choices right there on the lot, which made me happy. And the car is loaded with features. It is very solid and handles well. I like driving it so much I signed up to be an Uber driver in my spare time. Anyway... I like the Service Department very much -- they are honest, never try to sell me service I don't need. Lube and oil changes are very reasonably priced -- as low or lower than going to Jiffy or one of the other lube shops who always try to sell you service you don't need. There is definitely a benefit to having all your service records in one place. However, I did find that when the new car was prepped for me they did not do a thorough job removing all the stickers and protective film from the windows and the interior. My only issue is with the Finance Department. I am still due the refund on the extended warranty I had on the 2010 model. I realize the check does not come directly from the dealer, but I expect them to stay on this and get my check. The follow-up has not been good on this. It's been nearly three months since I sold them my 2010. As I stated above, I could have gotten more money for my car had I sold it myself and this was one of the reasons I decided to sell it back to the dealer. I do expect this issue will be resolved. This is the only reason they did not get a 5-star rating. More
