Out of town buyer I came from about four hours away to this particular dealership to purchase this vehicle. I heard very great things about this dealership. I spent my entire day getting to the dealership and then was there for another five hours or so. There was a lot of negotiating going back-and-forth, but I was told that the dealership wouldn't budge anymore on the price. In the end, I did purchase a vehicle for the price that was agreed upon. About four days later, I saw that harbor Hyundai had dropped the price another $500 on the same exact model that I had purchased. And yet I was told that the price could not be dropped any further, so I find it hard to believe that the dealership made a decision to drop the vehicle price another $500 at that moment. I called back to inquire about that and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. This did not leave a favorable impression of the dealership, it makes it seem like now that I had already bought the vehicle, customer service is no longer a factor. It would be nice if there was some concessions made, even if it's a paint protection package that could be offered or something like that. I understand it I already signed the contract for the agreed-upon price, but some alternative would be nice as well. More

He asked me a series of questions to help him get a better feel of what I was looking for. He made sure that I wasn't going to get a car I wouldn't be happy with. He wanted me to feel comfortable at all times, very attentive. The dealership as a whole is a different feel than I have ever felt before. It is very family oriented, and you won't feel as if they are just trying to make a sell. Even after my purchase Tyler checked in with me to make sure everything was okay with the car and made sure the Service department had called me to schedule my Dupont application.
