It was a great experience, everyone there from Ray, to Steve and Jon I just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Azera Limited from Ray Ramirez at Harbor Hyundai. It was a great experience, everyone there from Ray, to Steve and Joni as well as the owner, were all very helpful. They found me the best deal and didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive car, instead Ray took his time and showed me all the cars I was interested in seeing and test driving. We chatted about friends, family and the needs I had for a car not about my work, finances and what I could or should buy based on my income. This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. More

I had originally contacted Mike close to a year ago when I first started to poke around dealerships. Mike was very thorough and answered all my questions. I decided to drive my car into the ground and when it came time to buy a car Mike was the guy I called. He chuckled as we had been in touch a few times over the last year but it had been some time since I originally contacted him. Long story short I have a new car and the experience working with Harbor Hyundai and Mike was great. I had done quite a bit of homework and they exceeded my expectations. I will highly recommend Mike and Harbor Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

Remarkable absence of BS Found the car we were looking for by doing internet search and ended up buying from Harbor Hyundai. Ruben Ruiz was our sales rep and Joni Feringa wal Found the car we were looking for by doing internet search and ended up buying from Harbor Hyundai. Ruben Ruiz was our sales rep and Joni Feringa walked us through the paperwork. Both were courteous, low key, respectful and informative throughout the transaction. I couldn't budge them from the price but the price was fair and the 2012 Azera is gorgeous. Buying a car is usually an awful experience but they made it at least tolerable. Can't say it was pleasant because I hate buying cars but that's not their fault. Quality business, professionally managed. Here's how to spot a dishonest dealer: After you've agreed on a price etc you sit down and suddenly there's another $3000 worth of BS "upgrades". You know, undercarriage paint, mastodon shields, nuclear anti-theft devices. None of that at Harbor. They offered some upgrades (we chose an extended warranty and a Dupont paint sealer/warranty) but we turned down the mastodon shields (so few mastodons in Long Beach any more) and there was zero pressure to add the anti-theft device etc. We're going to give them a shot on service too after using another nearby Hyundai dealer for several years. If Harbor's service department is as competent and pleasant as their sales staff then we'll use them for service as well. And for those of you without a sense of humor: no, they didn't offer mastodon shields. More

After speaking with him, I went in to talk to him the next day. He was not there, but his associate (Mike) was. I gave him the parameters of what I was looking for, after a few discussions, the deal was finalized the next day. The entire process was comfortable and realistic. There was no promises made that were not lived up to. I would and will definitely recommend this dealership in the future. More
