I decided to buy, called that dealer, but he never called me back. I had reached out earlier to several dealers, and found an email sent to me by Leonard at Harbor Hyundai. I called, and he responded quickly. We set up an appointment. Leonard was wonderful, taking me through every step of the car shopping and car buying process. He made a process that could be stressful, completely stress-free. Having to buy a car at this particular time was not my choice, but my choice of going with Harbor Hyundai was the best decision that I made! More
Sonatas break as soon as warranty goes out I am 2,000 miles out of my 60k warranty and had my second repair. When I asked what happened to my sunroof I was told "its made of plastic". almost I am 2,000 miles out of my 60k warranty and had my second repair. I had the most wonderful experience working with Doug Van Dyck at Harbor Hyundai! This is the second car I've bought/leased from Doug. I had brought my Elantra 2010 in for repairs and just stopped into Doug' Dyck at Harbor Hyundai! This is the second car I've bought/leased from Doug. I had brought my Elantra 2010 in for repairs and just stopped into Doug's office to say hello. Doug made me aware of the opportunity to trade in my car, and take a lease for a new car, that would be an upgrade from mine. We took a few vehicles for a test drive. Doug was so enthusiastic about the Hyundai Veloster, I immediately fell in love with the car. He spent several hours crunching numbers with me- making sure that we went through every option, both to buy and to lease. I felt that he knew every aspect of the deal and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and different leasing options. He had my complete trust, also because I had been so happy with the previous car I bought from him. It was literally one stop shopping- the entire swap of my old car for a new Veloster only took a few hours! Doug even programmed the car computer for me, and when I arrived home the gate opened through the touch of a button on the mirror, amazing. I'm now one day into driving my new 2013 Veloster- I love it!!! It's fabulous and everything Doug promised it would be. He was even available for follow-up questions that I had, which he answered on his free time. This dealer goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Doug is a guy you can trust and who truly wants his costumer to leave content and well taken care of. Can't ask for more! More
Both times I have taken my new Hyundai in for an oil change I have had to wait over two hours and I had appointment. I got up and asked Junior how much longer it would be and he said, "Just a few minute change I have had to wait over two hours and I had appointment. I got up and asked Junior how much longer it would be and he said, "Just a few minutes". Thirty minutes later I left the waiting room to see what happened. I then walked outside and I saw Junior. He said they are just about finishing washing the car. Junior said that Saturdays are a bad day. I wish someone would have told me because I could have come a different day or time. Junior was very nice but two hours for an oil change is too too long. The discount coupon was great. More

On a whim, I went into Harbor Hyundai to test drive a car that I had seen in their online add. I was so pleased w/the customer service and professionalism that I ended up making a purchase that day. The staff were very kind in answering all of my questions, quickly and efficiently. Leonard Fischer and staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will highly recommend Harbor Hyundai to anyone i know/meet that is in the market for a new car. More

He started the process by checking on the trade in value of my previous car, but when I came back to the dealership he was helping another customer and introduced me to Ruben.
