New Car Lease I received a letter from Harbor Hyundai stating that they wanted to buy 2012 Elantras. I had a lease that had another 7 months to go, and while my car I received a letter from Harbor Hyundai stating that they wanted to buy 2012 Elantras. I had a lease that had another 7 months to go, and while my car was in good shape it did have higher than normal mileage. I called the dealership and spoke with Mike Casalegno and after talking for awhile agreed to come in the next day and see what was possible as far as trading up to a newer Elantra. I was not hopeful that Mike would be able to do anything, mostly because of the mileage on the car and the fact that I still had 7 months left on my lease. Also, I was adamant that I did not want to have to pay out any cash, and I did not want my monthly payments to be any higher. Mike was amazing. He worked the numbers and ultimately I drove out of the dealership in a 2014 Sonata, no cash paid out, and my monthly payments were only $10.00 more. More importantly, Mike was patient, courteous, understanding, respectful, and he has a great sense of humor too! He made the whole experience easy and comfortable; I never felt pressured or pushed. I absolutely recommend Mike Casalegno, he's the best! More

I went to this dealership for a synthetic oil change and I went to this dealership for a synthetic oil change and for an inspection on the valve cover gasket that was replaced two days ago by Pep Boys. Th I went to this dealership for a synthetic oil change and for an inspection on the valve cover gasket that was replaced two days ago by Pep Boys. They left a rag in my engine and oil all over the front of my car so I needed the guys at the dealership to make sure the valve cover gasket was replaced correctly. I generally deal with either Scott or Jake. This time it was Scott and he was great. I explained the situation and in about forty-five minutes the oil was changed and the valve cover gasket was inspected. Scott said everything looked as it should. So that's good. Anyways, every time I come here all of the service people are great and I appreciate that. They are always reliable and I know that whatever service they perform on my car it will be done right the first time. I won't need to take it somewhere else for an inspection to make sure it was done right by someone else. I can't believe I had to do that, but that's Pep Boys (by the traffic circle) for you. You should see this specific location's reviews on Yelp. Thanks again Scott for your help with this situation. I will be back in three months for another oil change. More

Making the appointment was a breeze. Check in was quick and friendly. The service was completed within one hour and that the car was fresh washed and clean inside as well.
