Once again I am very pleased to pen a review ( as I have on Yelp along with an update ) on the exceptional customer service I received from Harbor Hyundai's team of Eric and especially Mike. I made a call on a hunch that it just might be time to check on the status of my getting into a 2013 Elantra lease for less a month, no money down and, the vehicle I wanted. I was correct and I went down to the dealership, met with Mike and yet much to our chagrin, the vehicle had been sold ( the Indigo Night with beige interior-no fault of anyones', just a printer computer glitch ); so Mike stepped up to the plate, offered me another model, of which I declined after which, Mike called around and found the vehicle I wanted in Orange County and, very tenaciously pursued getting that veicle to the dealer ASAP for me. Eric handled the paperwork so that would be all out of the way so when the vehicle arrived I'd be able to get gaded up and roll! TEAM WORK! I as always was treated with the utmost in courtisy, respect, kindeness, accomadating offerings of beverages and snacks and, I was touched bases with every 45-60 minutes on the status as how things where going, always with an offering of more anemities to insure my wait was pleasent. Mike, your atruism, kindnes, smiles, multi tasking skills, thouroughness and tenasity are Gobsmaking spot on sir and, this is why I came back again, tell everyone about my experiance here at Harbor Hyundai and recommend this dealer ship to many. James took care of me the right way. He did all of the little things, skipping no steps. He greated me at the door with a friendly smile.
