I came to Harbor Hyundai because my son has purchased two new vehicles from Harbor in the past year, and the reviews that I read of all the local dealerships were far and away the best for Harbor. From the moment I walked when someone opened the door for until I left, I was pleased. I returned the next day with my wife to pick out a color for a Sonata and had the same level of experience. I had expected when I first left to get the "there are no B-Backs" treatment, but all I got was more great treatment. When I returned with my wife, Leonard was ever so courteous, even though my wife changed her mind and selected yet a third color after he had gone through the trouble to locate a particular color and had the car transported to Harbor so that she could see it and compare side-by-side. I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai. More

I contacted Mike Casalegno by phone to see if Harbor Hyundai inventory had the Sonata GLS in the configuration I wished to purchase. He returned my call a short time later after checking inventory and s Hyundai inventory had the Sonata GLS in the configuration I wished to purchase. He returned my call a short time later after checking inventory and stated that they had one which was close to what I was looking for. I had previously visited another Hyundai dealer with disastorious results, on both configuration and pricing. Mike gave me a price for the car, on the phone no less, that I was happy with, a little over my budget, but none the less fair. No high pressure, no running back and forth to the sales manager with the normal games played by the other dealer. I intended to pay cash for the car, as there was no need for me to finance payments over a period of time. Once the paper work was started, Mike informed me that if I financed the car for 36 months @ a 0% interest rate, that there would be a $500.00 cash rebate applied to the down payment. Seemed like a "no brainer" to me to get another $500 off the MSRP which had already been discounted by several thousand dollars. No funny business with the finance figures when it came time to start singing papers except for one very minor charge. When questioned, the charge was immediately removed, a new set of paper work was printed out and it was smooth sailing from then on. Mike spent the time to go over the many, many features of the car with the wife and I to make sure we were happy with the purchase. I did a lot of research concerning pricing of the car I purchased through a program offered by Consumer Reports. Turns out that Harbor Hyundai beat the best price of any dealer listed in the report supplied by Consumer Reports. Mind you, the information generated by Consumer Reports provide an immense amount of pricing details that is normally hidden from the buyer. The amount of discount stated in their reports is well worth the price they charge for it. Overall, I would rate Mike and Harbor Hyundai a "Five Star" act. I can honestly say that my car buying experience at Harbor Hyundai was very pleasurable experience. More

We have been shopping for a car for my son's graduation for two weeks, searching from South Orange County to Huntington Beach, Cerritos, aand Long Beach. We went to other Hyundai dealers as well as Kia, To for two weeks, searching from South Orange County to Huntington Beach, Cerritos, aand Long Beach. We went to other Hyundai dealers as well as Kia, Toyota, Nissan, and Ford. Harbour Hyundai and Susan Stanton were heads above the rest from all the other dealers we visited as far as making our purchase enjoyable. Susan was very knowalble of the 2012 Hyundai Sonata answering all our questions. She even set up my son's cell phone to the blue tooth so he wouldn't have to figure it out, even though Susan explained it in such a way that made it easy to understand. Also Susan went over all our purchase options, giving us all the rebates and the best price without us not really having to do anything. It was pretty much haggle free. We were in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours! It was truely an enjoyable experence. More

I had a surprisingly awful experience trying to buy my first Hyundai with other dealers. Two other dealers made me promises that they couldn't deliver on. Doug was honest and straight forward about everything and I really appreciated it. The car I wanted was very rare in my area. Other dealers promised me that they could get it and even took down my credit card information to get a "deposit" before they could get it on their lot. Even then they failed to follow through. Doug was the complete opposite. Without even asking for a deposit, he went ahead and secured the car and it was on his lot before we even finalized the deal. Talk about actions speaking louder than words. On a side note, Doug and Eric (who handled the financing part) were not only nice and easy to deal with, they were very nice to my family. My parents came with me to purchase the car as they're looking to purchase soon as well. It was a little awkward to have so many of us going from office to office, but Doug and Eric were very accommodating, never seemed annoyed or inconvenienced and made all of us feel very comfortable. Overall great car buying experience and I'm glad the next time around I don't have to shop around and I can go straight to Doug. More

My wife and had a terrific experience w/Harbor Hyundai, and Paul Olding in particluar. Harbor Hyundai and Paul Olding were VERY professional, up front about all costs, and accomodating to us to make the great deal we walked out with! Nothing unrealistic was promised, and we still left with an amazing deal with the payment(s)exactly where we wanted it. Paul was very kind, and had a great personality staying with us way over his working day time. He spoke with my wife AND her father (by phone) as well as me - and dealt w/all 3 of us in a gracious, professional, and friendly matter. We are so pleased to have bought a 2012 Sonata and could not have been more satisfied w/the service at Harbor. I have been a "Ford man" my whole life, so making the switch to Hyundai was a bit dauntig for me. However, the experince at Harbor Hyundai w/Paul Olding made my switch pleasureable and I am now SO happy I have such a great-rated car as the Sonata. More
