I called Harbor Hyundai on 12-7-11 evening looking for a red Elantra for my son- I spoke with James Kraft- sales. He proceeded to inform me that he was able to do a dealer trade and the red Elantra would be avail. the following day. 12-8-11 my husband and I went to Harbor Hyndai and purchased the car after test driving it and we were quite impressed with the customer service. We usually dread going to buy a car due to the high pressure sales pitch and haggling over the price. We were pleasantly surprised at the no pressure, friendly, thorough explanation of the car and all its ammenities. I must commend Hyundai in general for their customer service, I've been to several Hyundai dealerships and all had excellent customer service. Our son was thrilled with the car!! Thank you!! More

Mike was amazing! I had been looking at several vehicle options to replace a gas guzzling Ram 1500 Hemi. I was already very impressed with the styling and reviews of the Genesis Coupe but because of that options to replace a gas guzzling Ram 1500 Hemi. I was already very impressed with the styling and reviews of the Genesis Coupe but because of that didn't want to drive it or even sit in one until I knew the deal was right for me. I had been working with another dealer prior to coming across Harbor and Mike and was getting the usual "car salesman tactics". Each question I asked returned another vague and misguided response and always ended with "but why don't you come on by and we can talk more." I had already explained my position and just got frustrated. Mike was very understanding and eager to help me in the manner in which I had desired. He worked my trade-in, did my credit review and had my deal basically laid out for me before I ever walked in the door. If I was rating only Mike it would have been 5's across the board but unfortunately in his absence I also had to work for a short time with another member of the internet sales staff that I started getting that same old feeling from! Fortunately when I made the decision to pull the trigger I was able to set up a time in the evening around my work schedule to meet with Mike and finish the deal. My only real negative would be that I wanted to be in and out as quick as possible which was why I worked the whole thing up front and although I was told by "The Car Salesman" that my car was on it's way from another dealership and would be there when I arrived, once I showed up I was told it would be another hour before it arrived which eventually turned into two. But based on past experiences this was the smallest bump in the road I could've experienced on my path to ownership of my beautiful new Genesis Coupe!!! As I said, Mike, you sir are all FIVES in my book. I appreciate you taking the time and having the patience to do things at my pace and for making me comfortable and happy with my purchase! More

He was very knowledgable and gave us very personal attention. He explained how everything on the car worked and made the purchase fun and pleasant. I recommend both Josh and Doug to the fullest. Doug went out of his way after the purchase was made to make sure we we completely satisfied. Our 1st Hyundai the Veracruz was purchased at Cerritos dealership and our experience was a terrible one, I would never recommend them nor use them again. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Josh and Doug. I plan to only make my future purchases and services through Harbor Hyundai. More
