Fast, efficient and up front minus all the games and pressure. No "let me as my boss" stuff. Friendly, courteous and to the point. It just felt right. Relaxed environment and honesty. What a wonderful car buying experience! I highly recommend them. Frank Leon Jr. was low key and courteous, yet up front and honest. I never felt pressured. The only difficulty I had was choosing the color of the car. Really! This was by far the most difficult of all the process. They final paper work was presented with additional info on warranties and extra services of which I said yes to some and no to others. Again no pressure. Forgot and left my iPhone in the car when I left it for the DuPont protection package. Called Frank and asked him to fetch it which he did and returned it to me from his jacket pocket. I had put off buying a new car for awhile now, not wanting to "deal" with the "dealers". The overall service experience was great. Leonard my sales person was awesome. I basically was able to handle my entire transaction over the phone. Did notice a scratch on the surface of paint that I notice the next day. Call to inform the agent and was told it was delivered in perfect condition.
