I dealt with four different dealerships and Harbor Hyundai in the person of Mike Casalegno was by far the most accomodating in terms of customer service, personal follow-up (not too much and not too little), and a willingness to work within my budget. Mike answered every one of my questions (and there were many) with patience and understanding. It was obvious he was very knowledgable and not the lesast "pushy." I have never had an easier time leasing a car - it was a great experience and I will definitely go back when I need my next car. More

He allowed me to take my time and feel comfortable with my purchase. When I returned on Tuesday, James was there to further assist me in my decision, and eventually my purchase. Also, the finance department was extremely helpful. I went in with a budget, and they did everything they could to help me stay within that budget. I am beyond pleased with my new Sonata, and even more pleased with the professionalism and kindness Harbor Hyundai showed me. I will definitely return for my next purchase.
