They introduced us to Harbor Hyundai and David Davila. When we rolled up in Brett's 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe (with 166,000+ miles) our intention was to just take a test drive. David welcomed us, pitched the Palisade's features, advantages and benefits and gave us the keys for a test drive. Brett was sold. David then explained why Hyundai offered much more in comparison to competitors and that Harbor was not interested in protecting its inventory from potential customers.
