Steven arranged for a rental car so I would not miss my other appointments, called when my car was ready I have always had my cars serviced at dealerships and have never had service like this. havent got my car yet but exceptional service I had a HORRIBLE experience with sutherlin nissan "BOGO" (aka BOGUS) in ft myers. Our sales lead Joe did everything in his power to help make it righ I had a HORRIBLE experience with sutherlin nissan "BOGO" (aka BOGUS) in ft myers. Although we needed time to think about it due to our horrible experience with sutherlin we are confident they went above and beyond to work with us and give us the best possible opportunities to help fix out confidence with Nissan!
