An hour and 35 minutes for an oil change. My appointment for oil change was at 2:15 pm. I left at 3:50 pm. Do understand why it takes an hour and 35 minutes for an oil change. They understood the problem I was experiencing with my truck and immediately got me in the system. The technician, who's name I can't recall at this time but he is their Titan guru, test drove my vehicle and then met with me go to over what he experienced and what the proper way to move forward was. The technician was honest, up front and cordial in dealing with me and the reason I brought the vehicle in. More
Refreshingly honest I had an appointment with Rusty Robinson to look over and test drive a new 2017 Titan. Once he was told I was on property he quickly made his way ove I had an appointment with Rusty Robinson to look over and test drive a new 2017 Titan. Once he was told I was on property he quickly made his way over to the service department where I was at while waiting on my 2015 Titan to be looked at. He told me to sit tight as he had to move a vehicle from the main lot across the street to the truck center. When he returned about 5 minutes later he was in the truck I was up there to look at. We went for a test drive and a cup of coffee (which he graciously paid for) and returned back to the truck center to immediately begin the "fun" process of attempting to make a deal. He was honest, outgoing, witty, personable and friendly. He is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with while visiting a dealership. After all was said and done, I wound up signing a deal for a new Titan. He was with me every step of the way (not in an intrusive way but in a very helpful capacity). He went over everything with me...and I do mean EVERYTHING...prior to me taking delivery of my new truck. He was very thorough in both his knowledge of the Titan as well his approach in doing his job. Rusty is the first and only salesman I would EVER recommend to friends or family that are in the market to purchase a vehicle whether it be car, suv or truck and new or used. More

Great service I was greated by Danielle a service advisor. I told her I was early. She said no problem I'll get it done asap for you. I understand the desire to sell overpriced add-on items, the wait time to perform routine service, and the crowded waiting area. What I don't understand is rotating my tires for $20 bucks without checking the pressure or making a grand gesture of offering me a free oil change on my next visit when I've already got the free for life perk and have been bringing my car in for almost 3 years. What can I say but, AWESOME!!!! I first was notified, by my Sales Rep. Rusty via an e-mail, that it was time for our 2017 Rogue One to be serviced for the first time. I was able to book it online in about 30 seconds. My service rep was Chris. Who greeted me with a great smile and personality. They made me feel like a valued and welcome part of their Nissan family. So fast and professional. Harbour Nissan has changed my mind about car buying and made the whole process, from first contact with Rusty before the sale, to present. The level of service doesn't stop at the close of the deal but continues way on thru to the service dept. These guys/gals will blow you away with superior knowledge & customer service. More
