Waste of Time I only returned to Harbor after previous bad experiences because they were replacing the wheel locks that they messed up on my last visit. I also scheduled an oil change at this time because I needed one. After corresponding for months with the service department, finally this guy Cameron came on board and actually resolved the issue. It took a lot of back and forth, but he was nice through the process, even if I did have to follow up with him a lot more than I wish I had. I let Cameron know that I had minimal time, as I had meetings later in the day. He said he would urge the service dept. to take good care of me and have me out of there fast. When I went to the dealership, I handed over my car expecting to wait about an hour. I anticipated the wait of about an hour and was okay with that. I told the guy with the form that I was there to get new wheel locks and that I needed an oil change, and that I did have an appointment for both. He came by and upsold me on some new wipers and some battery pad things that they said I needed, but I was fine with those purchases. I waited about an hour and I was on my way. I had to get out of there and trusted that everything was done. I should have checked. I left Harbor about 11 AM. At about 4:30 PM, I was on my way home and I received a call from Harbor. They completely forgot to do anything about my wheel locks, and now I had to go back. I had plans for the evening, but was told that they are only open until 6 PM, so I had to go back pretty much right then. I said I wouldn't be there until about 6 and was told that they would stay to fix their mistake, which was really nice. Thanks to my family's flexibility, I was able to turn around and head right back out and got there about 5. I couldn't wait until the next day (today) because we left for a wedding out of town early this morning, and I did not want to drive 500 miles with problematic wheel locks. So, I ran back to Harbor so they could fix the one thing they were supposed to do right from the beginning. It is very clear that over the years of coming here, the service department is incredibly different than it once was. While the people are nice, I feel like the lack of attention to detail is apparent. I admit that I should have checked my paperwork, but after explaining my bad experiences in the past to Cameron, I had no doubt that I would be taken care of and did not need to double check everything. That is my fault. I paid $65 for an oil change, wiper blades and whatever the battery pad things were. Never once was a credit offered for the inconvenience or the time of mine that was wasted in having to stop my life to go back. Even offering to credit 50% would have made a difference. $30. Come on. The dealership could have eaten the charge and not blinked an eye, but it was just like - woops, sorry, too bad. This is not the first service failure I've ever experienced here, but it is definitely the last. This probably isn't a giant issue in the whole scheme of things, but it's the final straw that broke the camel's back. I will be making the drive up to Venice from now on to have my car serviced. At least they seem to be conscientious up there, since they're the ones who even pointed out the wheel lock problem I had to begin with which was caused by Harbor's negligence. Moral of the story - Don't let their kind demeanor fool you. Check and double check literally everything. More

I also noticed it was not washed as your Web Site states wash with any service. I would Have gladly waited the extra time for the wash if I was asked. More
