Typical No communication, Apparently, if your name has a Hyphen (-), they can not find you in their outdated xxx system, and they as expected did not wash o No communication, Apparently, if your name has a Hyphen (-), they can not find you in their outdated xxx system, and they as expected did not wash or vacuum the vehicle again. And on diesels trucks, do not expect a free oil change.. you will receive a $56= dollar credit toward a $350 invoice . and, if you happen to be present when one of the service employees gets his keys moved, watch out for the temper tantrum that will be exemplified for entertainment. . Terrible Customer Service I have called this dealership on multiple occasions. Three out of five times I have been immediately hung up on and talked over. Upon arriving for my I have called this dealership on multiple occasions. Three out of five times I have been immediately hung up on and talked over. Upon arriving for my first free oil change I was not promptly greeted, I was not checked in at the service kiosk, not notified how long service may take, not told how much I was being charged prior to running my payment. I was told by sales I would get synthetic oil changes free then told I had to pay more for them and that I don't need it but not why. Nothing was explained to me whatsoever until I got into my vehicle to leave and the tech told me to give him a perfect scoring survey. The man didn't even remove the cone from in front of my car before he left. I dread doing business here. Terrible place to come if you are a woman. The only person that has treated me well at this dealership was the salesperson. More
