Despite the unresponsiveness of their rental car provider, Steve personally made sure I was handled as expeditiously as possible. Steve placed a couple calls to me over the couple days they had my car to keep me informed of their findings. Furthermore, he called me a few days following the return of my car to me in order to make sure everything was in order. Outstanding service by Steve! More

Great experience with Harbor Nissan We were in the market for a new SUV & had narrowed it down to 2 - one being the Armada. We were upfront with Rob, the sales associate, prior to going in & there was no high pressure sales pitch to not look elsewhere. The car we wanted to look at was ready upon our pulling in, we drove it, & he sent us on our way to the other dealership knowing we would be back. We did, in fact, come back a short while later & all said & done it took about 3 hours to do the financing, etc. We went through the Costco Auto program so we didn't have to haggle about the price & still got a great deal. Probably one of the easiest car buying experiences ever in 20+ years of buying new cars! More

I travel from Fort Myers as the dealership here is not as good. My experience with Harbor Nissan Team has been wonderful since I purchased my new car three months ago.
