Unusually long wait for oil change This was the 2nd time we have used Harbor Nissan. Both times we were there for an oil change. We did make an appointment both times to minimize our wait. Both times same result! An unusually long wait both times! The first time was in February and it was ' season '. The second time was the end of April so it was not. We waited at least an hour and a half both times and that is being generous because I think it was longer. Way too long for a simple oil change! The service man apologized for the long wait but that is 2 for 2. The staff was friendly and helpful but I will not return if they can't do better. More

After arriving I was greeted by Scott with a friendly smile, he then informed me of what to possibly expect with my vehicle. Upon pick up he explained in detail the condition and its performance. Bad Finance people The men in finance, specifically Manager Zack Bolling, tried to "fix" the numbers on my loan to make it look better to the bank and lied about needing The men in finance, specifically Manager Zack Bolling, tried to "fix" the numbers on my loan to make it look better to the bank and lied about needing extra warranties to even make the deal happen. Got me at a 8% or so interest, put the truck total financed $2,700 higher than asking price, and increased the amount of my trade in for that same amount. Frank Celozzi lied about the warranty not having an extra charge when he was flat out asked "how much is the warranty" to which we got a reply of "nothing". At signing there was an extra charge of $3,000 on a warranty and that along with the "fixed numbers" by zack caused a "no deal". my salesman (not listed) was the only positive in the experience and comforted me at that time. We came back and had the numbers corrected on the loan (took off the extra $2,700 zack said was needed for approval) and got approved for a way better interest rate and a lower monthly payment with a shorter loan term than when zack originally ran the loan. The price of the truck was not discussed and we got "no deal" on the price of the truck. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Harbor Nissan because of Zack Bolling and Frank Celozzi. More
