Had the usual back and forth as all sales processes go, but walked out feeling we all did good on the deal. Quick resolution I was having a reoccurring problem with my radio and despite looking at the radio several times could find no reason for it's malfunctioning. Rather t I was having a reoccurring problem with my radio and despite looking at the radio several times could find no reason for it's malfunctioning. Rather than put off replacing the radio they promptly ordered a new one to replace the malfunctioning unit. I greatly appreciate that since coming in several times was time consuming and frustrating.
