I stopped by on Friday to make an appointment for service and they took the car in right away. the service is excellent and the plans cover all my n I stopped by on Friday to make an appointment for service and they took the car in right away. the service is excellent and the plans cover all my needs. I forgot to tell the service writer that our key fobs were not working properly until the service was completed. I had only one fob with me so they asked me to stop by with both and they would change the batteries. My husband and I stopped in on Wed. the following week and the service manager, Scott Nelson checked for warranty and got both batteries changed at the parts dept. Car & keys are working perfectly. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Will continue coming to Harbor Nissan for our Maxima needs. More
