Thorough and Efficient! I came to get a new do-hickey (?) thing that let's me lock the car, open the rear hatch and lock my Murano. I was able to purchase this item and hav I came to get a new do-hickey (?) thing that let's me lock the car, open the rear hatch and lock my Murano. I was able to purchase this item and have it coded to work on my vehicle. At this time the Employee I dealt with, a Mr. Sutton, informed me that there was a Recall Notice on my car to replace something having to do with my ABS. Although it took quite a long time to have this item replaced; Mr. Sutton frequently told me what was being done, so the time didn't seem to bother me too much. All work seemed to be done efficiently. The ABS recall job was free; but the key FOB do-hickey was outrageously expensive (ouch)! Mr Sutton was courteous, informative and a very nice person. Please give him a raise; he deserves one! More

3,000 mile check and oil change Got in they immediately took car to work place in a very short time. Great experience but wait time too long I assumed that, by having an appointment, I would be in and out in no time. Was told oil change would be about an hour and a half and car wash anothe I assumed that, by having an appointment, I would be in and out in no time. Waiting room is well stocked with coffee, cold drinks and snacks to make the wait time more tolerable. More

Excellent service. Took my 2005 X-Trail in to have all 4 wheel bearings replaced. Expected about an 8 hr. job which turned into almost 3 days. Lots of rust so an unusual amount of work required. Chris kept me up-to-date on all that was happening and, at around 3 pm of the second day, he arranged to get me a rental vehicle (at the dealer's expense) so I wouldn't be without transportation any longer. Even though the service took so much longer than expected, I was treated with consideration & respect and was very happy with my experience overall. More
