Monday's visit. Steve Negoshia was my service rep. He has always been client oriented and treats me with professional curtesy. He is knowledgeable and is dedicated Steve Negoshia was my service rep. He is knowledgeable and is dedicated to purpose as have been the other service reps with whom I have dealt with in the past. My only disappointment was the charge for checking the alinement. I thought it should have been covered under my warrantee. My brother has the same year and the same warrantee. When his alinement was knocked out of line (in New York) Nissan took care of it under the warrantee. It wasn't maintenance, it was listed as repair. Nevertheless I am satisfied with the way I was treated as well as the cost associated with the total bill. I will be arranging to get my wife's Rouge in, soon, before I head back to New York.
