So far always get excellent service Everyone is polite. When you walk in you are spoken to immediately and if busy they will let you know be with you in a few minutes. Very important! This dealer is OK, but don't expect fast service. Nissan has a known problem, where the roof molding on 2014 pathfinder's comes undone . They have refused to correct the problem, even though I am wi Nissan has a known problem, where the roof molding on 2014 pathfinder's comes undone . They have refused to correct the problem, even though I am within the 3 year/36 month time allowance , but have gone past the 36,000 mile distance allowance. The molding coming undone has nothing to do with how many miles you've traveled as mileage should have no effect on it, and no one ever expects their molding to fall off, period. And yet, Nissan has decided to make people pay for new molding even though it's a problem that should never have occurred in the first place! Because they're dodging their responsibility as an automobile manufacturer, I will never purchase a Nissan again! Of that you can be certain!!! More

I sat at the large window where I could watch my truck being serviced, since the technicians put my truck on the rack directly in front of the window. The techs handled their tools and equipment with care around my truck, and wiped up any excess engine fluids when they had completed their task. I do wish they provided me a receipt , listing the services rendered. More
