He introduced the service tech to explain the update and ramifications of the update. I had my truck service prior to recommended maintenance, so the oil change was not covered. Yet, the cost is less than doing it myself with the assurance of Nissan techs. Tom Rusch (whom sold me the Titan) in December, touched base with my experience and satisfaction with the vehicle. The vehicle's performance has been satisfying, as I achieve around 22 mpg unloaded and towing (6,000lbs of 22' boat) 17-18 mpg @ 45-49 mph, 12 mpg @ 70 mph More

They would have been better off just writing up the ticket and leaving it up to the mechanic. The main service writer did have the mechanic come and talk with me, which was more helpful. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 2 years from your dealership, and have found sales staff very helpful. Being a business owner, I am sensitive to customer service, and I believe there is room for improvement. More

Disgusting When I was at Harbor getting my brakes worked on (service people were great), I had to use the mens room. While standing at a urinal, a sales rep came in and used the urinal beside me. When I finished and was washing my hands, I glanced up at the mirror in time to see the sales rep (not a service tech, a sales rep) walk out without cleaning up. I presume he was going out to meet and greet and shake hands with customers.....and passing the disgusting germs from his johnson to others. The above is bad enough, but then I contacted Harbor via their contact link to report my experience. In my message I also typed "I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP"...typed in all caps like it is here. 10 minutes later I get a call from Harbor. I'm thinking an apology will go a long way to fixing the issue. but nope. The person on the phone says "I understand you are looking for a new car"!!!!! That basically told me that my message regarding the bathroom issue hadn't been read at all, and my feedback or satisfaction wasn't important to Harbour and the link is just a tool to get peoples' contact information so it could be forwarded to a sales rep. I will be telling others of my experience with Harbor Nissan More
