amazing car dealership :) I was in a bad situation with my current car. It was outdated and overpriced. I went to Harbor Nissan to look around and just see if they could help m I was in a bad situation with my current car. It was outdated and overpriced. I went to Harbor Nissan to look around and just see if they could help me after i was previously turned away from other car dealerships. They worked with me and tried their best to help me get out of the situation I was in. I ended up leaving the lot with a 2017 Nissan Sentra SV with 0 mile. I'm still so happy and surprised that my random visit turned into me getting a brand new vehicle. THANK YOU ALL!!!! & i would recommend to everyone :) More

This service Department did earn my trust. Harbor Nissan has worked on my Frontier that I purchased from them used.It was a series of miscommunications,and what I perceived was a lack of intere Harbor Nissan has worked on my Frontier that I purchased from them used.It was a series of miscommunications,and what I perceived was a lack of interest on their part to diagnose and repair my truck in a timely fashion. After speaking to Maureen the service Mgr,the repair began to move forward.It took a total of two weeks to complete,and I went to pay for the repair, that was Not covered under warranty.$570 later I returned home. The next day,the problem occurred again..gasp. From there Harbor Nissan put me in a Rental and promptly completed the repair.Six days later my vehicle and I are reunited,and I look forward to relying on my vehicle day to day as before.No Charge for this repair.Thank you Harbor Nissan. More
