Rough start, Fantastic Ending. Coming out of a Bankruptcy and this being my first New Car purchase I had spent many long hours online filling out applications for pre-approval just Coming out of a Bankruptcy and this being my first New Car purchase I had spent many long hours online filling out applications for pre-approval just to get denied. I've spent 30 years buying Used Cars from Private Sellers and spending a lot of time and energy on maintenance and repairs. I got a call from Teri and she assured me that if my information was correct, they could work with me. Went in at 10am and met with Rusty and Another Employee from Harbor Nissan (Apologies if I can't remember your name.). Was a rocky start as I felt they were trying to put me into the same kind of car I was trying to trade in and upgrade from, but Rusty did an amazing job listening to my needs and budget. Rusty was able to find a fantastic pre-owned Newer car for me that was in brand new condition with 5k miles. Negotiations were tricky, but I felt we got to a place that was acceptable for both of us. They took the time to explain everything to me, especially Maria and Aaron. The Dealership is clean and well taken care of. Everyone was kind, respectful and courteous. The entire transaction from start to finish was pretty smooth after the rough start, but I'm now driving a car that is dependable, fits my needs and my budget and I can rely on. No more weekend trips to the Parts store and spending my Saturdays fixing things on my old, unreliable car. Now I drive with peace of mind. Thanks so much to all the folks at Harbor Nissan for making my first experience absolutely fantastic! More
