Above and Beyond! My wife & I were scheduling a future service appointment for our vehicle. We were just browsing around in the parking lot looking at the Titans. A sal My wife & I were scheduling a future service appointment for our vehicle. We were just browsing around in the parking lot looking at the Titans. A salesman approached us & his name was Robert. He asked if we were being helped. I explained to him that we had our eye on the new Titans & we wish we could have a test drive. Without hesitation he went back inside the showroom to get the keys for a Titan. I looked at my wife & said he didn't even ask me for my drivers license? Here comes Robert with The key & says "your wife can sit in the passengers seat & I'll be around when you get back have fun". We took it for a spin & eyes were on the truck the whole ride from other drivers. We bring it back & my wife tells Robert can we take the new rouge out for a spin & Robert says sure I'll get the keys. Mind you not once did he pressure or even ask for my license. This is what separates Harbor Nissan from everyone else because of professionals like Robert Leininger who went out of his way to please his customers!! Thank you Robert!! More
Apointment.... yeah right! I have purchased three cars from these people and my experience is pleasant until you need service. I got their sticker and they offer free oil change I have purchased three cars from these people and my experience is pleasant until you need service. I got their sticker and they offer free oil changes. Here is the deal, they have had so many issues with how to handle the process. I make appointments to get my oil change and the last three times I waited many hours for them to do an oil change. This last time I got to my appointment 20 minutes early and waited two hours during those two hours they kept telling me it will be next in line. Finally, I asked them after 2 and half hours why has my car not moved. I asked for my keys as I was done and needed to leave and get sleep (I work 3rd shift) they could not find my keys or paper work. When they found my keys they just laughed and said I'd offer you a FREE oil change but thats why you were already here haha so funny! I will not be buying or using their services any longer. Our decals are off the cars and I will never go back!! More

He has a good sense of humor and updated me on what was going on while they were working on the oil change. More
