Get everything in writing! When we purchased our Jeep, there was only one set of keys. We told them that we would like an extra set of keys, to which they agreed! Monday, Tuesday, rolls around with no call, so we went back to dealership to speak to Alex and he was not there and no one there recalled the conversation. So, my boyfriend went back to speak to Rob and he said that he couldn't do it, but offered to get us a key (from Ebay), but we would have to pay the major cost of getting the key cut and programmed. That took over a week and finally, we called today and they said the key was there. Again, no call to either of us to let us know it was there. Just a warning, get everything in writing because from our experience, the deal was verbal and with a handshake, which clearly means nothing to this dealership. More

Choose who you deal with wisely I was there for 8 hours before i even got my car.First day me driving off i heard a squealing noise from the exhaust.contacted the 3 and visited them I was there for 8 hours before i even got my car.First day me driving off i heard a squealing noise from the exhaust.contacted the 3 and visited them 4 times over by service,service said they would talk with them on replacing it.2 days later dash lights flickered on and off n stalled out in tge middle of the road but restarted.i contacted my sales n he said bring it in.while attempting to drive it the battery caught on fire only had the car for 8 days by this time.Contacted them when the fire happened and they werent trying to help me get the car towed let alone help me get a rental.after 4 hours of calling my isurance company me not knowing that its not my insurance companies job to repair damages to a vehicle that i just recently financed they finally agreed to get me a rental n fix my car.I requested the day i got my car back n until this day paperwork on the work they did on the car and have not recieved it.I was told prior to even seeing the car that it had been checked and serviced.Only good i received really is a full tank of gas after everything.
