They were there after hours helping me compare the vehicles I chose for recommendation. Always offering a beverage, telling me not to rush and take my time, they were there until I was done. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a deal I didn't want to be in. At the end, I got what I needed for price and what I wanted for a car. I recommend the dealership to other people. More

Best experience from a car dealer, EVER! I was traveling back home and noticed a noise coming from the front wheel of my NV 2500 van. Stopped in at Harbor Nissan for them to check out. Chris I was traveling back home and noticed a noise coming from the front wheel of my NV 2500 van. Stopped in at Harbor Nissan for them to check out. Chris at the service department counter greated me and was the most polite and courteous service writer. They were very busy, but Chris said that because I was traveling that he would make every effort to get my van checked out. At most car dealerships when you say "I think there is a problem" and your not sure? You get a bill for hundreds of dollars! This was not the case. Left the van at around 8:30 am, got a phone call around 1:30 pm to tell me that all the problem was that they found a stick logged in the wheel Caliper. They could have said the brakes needed replaced, and I would have let them do it! Chris was very honest and did not do that at all. Hats of to Harbor Nissan. Doug, More
