Disappointed This is my first unhappy experience here. I dropped my car off on Friday at 430 for a Saturday 130 appointment that was made weeks ago for an oil chan This is my first unhappy experience here. I dropped my car off on Friday at 430 for a Saturday 130 appointment that was made weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Called Saturday at 4 as I never heard back that my car was done. Was told service manager would call me. No call back on Saturday. Called at 7 am on Monday to make sure car would be ready when I got there. Got there at 745. Tire rotation was not done. Looks,like oil change was not done until I called Monday morning. Received a bill for the oil change which I did not pay as I get free oil changes. Was late for work waiting for my car. Very disappointed. Steve did offer to squeeze in the tire rotation at that time but I needed to get to work. I work 2 jobs and getting my car there is no easy task. Now I have to figure out a way I can get the car back there for the tire rotation. More

Matt Garland deserves a raise!!! I was in the market for a new truck and being a lifelong Chevy guy I was certain it would be a new Silverado. I decided that if I was going to get mys I was in the market for a new truck and being a lifelong Chevy guy I was certain it would be a new Silverado. I decided that if I was going to get myself a new vehicle that I would get one for my fiance as well. She wanted something that would get good gas mileage yet have enough room for typical day to day behavior or if used for a road trip. Her sister had purchased a 2015 Nissan Rouge last year and she knew she liked that so we headed towards Harbor Nissan. We met Matt Garland and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His no pressure approach was refreshing. It is the same method I use in my career when it comes to sales. Rather than pushing an agenda or using gimmicky methods to distract the buyer from certain things he simply made himself available and ready to answer any question immediately. He was highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction. After my fiance decided on a new 2017 Rouge SL we took to the table and made the deal official. At the beginning of our visit the topic of me being in the market for a truck came up and Matt was trying to get me to look at a Titan. After being so pleased with the entire experience of the purchasing process of her car I felt as though I believed that Matt would not have recommended the truck if he did not think I would enjoy it. The very next day I returned and purchased a new Titan XD SL. Although I do not remember the names of all of the other people who assisted us through the whole process, I can say I am more than pleased with our experience and will recommend people to this dealership in the future. More

Top Notch Customer Service My wife and I decided we were in the market for looking at new cars and decided on the 2017 Nissan Rogue. We drove to Port Charlotte to Harbor Niss My wife and I decided we were in the market for looking at new cars and decided on the 2017 Nissan Rogue. We drove to Port Charlotte to Harbor Nissan to check out what deals might be made. We were greeted promptly when we walked in the door and were introduced to Matt Garland. He inquired about what we were looking for in a vehicle so he could match us with the most suitable one. He then got the keys for us to take a test drive. I drove first and was very impressed with the acceleration and handling. I asked my wife if she would drive it and give her opinion. She replied that she did not want to drive in the heavy traffic. Matt instructed us to turn off the highway and switch drivers. He then proceeded to comfortably guide her through back streets so she could see how well the vehicle handled! When we returned to look at the numbers and make a deal, Matt brought my wife bottled ice water and me a wonderful cup of coffee. To make a long story short... Matt made the numbers work for us and we left there as proud owners of a NEW 2017 NISSAN ROGUE. We NEVER felt any high pressure sales, only concern that our questions were answered and that we got what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Matt as Salesman of the Year. We are referring all our friends who are inquiring about needing a car to go see him. I am more than pleased with our treatment and our services.
