Good management, otherwise questionable I recently bought a new vehicle and traded in the one I had. I got a good deal. However, as soon as I left the dealer, I was not worth their time. I called the next day because I left personal property in the old vehicle and nobody would return three separate calls. Best experience, I went straight to Harbor Nissan for a new vehicle when I needed to replace mine after a collision last week. I've known about their reputation for great cars and customer service for a while now, and I'm happy I got to experience it first hand. Before I even got into the dealership, Alex had already run my credit application over the phone during my lunch hour so that I wouldn't have to wait to do that when I got to the dealership. When I arrived, Alex presented a handful of options in my price range to choose from and was extremely professional. After Rob negotiated a better rate with the finance company over the phone and got the monthly payment down to an amount I was more comfortable paying, I took my new car home an hour after the test drive. The car itself is beautiful and I am more than happy with my purchase. Alex saved me time/headaches/frustration and everything else that normally goes into car buying. Rob saved me money and was very friendly and pleasant to work with unlike some numbers guys a buyer can encounter. Scott was great explaining all the paperwork and very efficient. The whole team at Harbor Nissan are world class. I can't say enough good things about them. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you so much Alex! More
Fixed the Heater I was fighting with my 2008 Titan for weeks trying to get the heater to work properly, it would not blow any warm or hot air. After several attempts at trying to fix the problem I took it upon myself to fix it, I traded the vehicle off for another vehicle. Now I have heat. The guys in the use car area were good to work with, I appreciate their support. More

I had been to another dealership where I was talked down to and felt I bought a 2016 Altima, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had been to another dealership where I was talked down to and felt pressured, and I knew when I walked into this dealership and Dan shook my hand and looked me in the eye, that things would be different. They were! From Dan, and then Matt, and everyone else, I received straight answers; there was never any pressure; I felt like I was a valued customer; and I was treated with respect. I have to add the facility was spotless, everyone I encountered was very friendly, and the popcorn was a fabulous extra! All those things went together to make it a wonderful experience. They could give lessons on how to treat customers. I highly, highly recommend Harbor Nissan! More

She went the extra mile to find the deduction and the absolute lowest prices on the two vans we purchased. Chris kept in constant contact with Xcell as we navigated our way through the purchase and all the way up to the day we came in to pick up our vans. With a smile on her face and papers ready she had us in and out in minutes. Her professionalism is the best we've experienced from the three dealerships we used this past year. The dealership in Troy Alabama promised us repairs on the Nissan NV200 we bought from them. They were to paint scratches on the rear bumper and never did so stating that they ,"just didn't have time to complete the work". We informed them that we were looking to buy four more Nissan vans for our business but they offered no other vehicles and they never informed us of the frequent buyer/ commercial Van program Nissan has. Chris Fankhauser did inform us of your commercial buyers program and set up the program for Xcell. Nor did the Gadsden Nissan dealership in Alabama. They were hard to contact and service was terrible. We bought two Nissan NV200s from them. More

Great Customer Service I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for its first service. The service writer was excellent. I had been told that I would receive free oil changes but do I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for its first service. The service writer was excellent. I had been told that I would receive free oil changes but don't recall being told that a decal on my back window had to be applied to be eligible when I purchased the car. In defense of my sales person there was a mix-up when I purchased the car so I am assuming it was just overlooked. The decal was not applied when I purchased the car. They honored their word by supplying the free oil change and added the decal to the window. They got everything done within a reasonable time and washed my car before I left. I have had only excellent service from the purchase of the car through the first service. I would recommend Harbor Nissan to anyone. More
