Never felt valued Drove an '07 Maxima. Liked it but ran rough. Some guy in a beard came over and said it was an as is car. He was rude. Then he went out to check. It wa Drove an '07 Maxima. Liked it but ran rough. Some guy in a beard came over and said it was an as is car. He was rude. Then he went out to check. It was diagnosed with a bad coil. I agreed to take it and he added $500 to the bill of sale. The next day after getting home with the car I found out it only cost $273 to fix. I am still trying to get the difference back. I would not call this a good experience. If your goal is to have repeat business your employees did not help. Bill Loughan More

I dealt with Richie Carracciolo several years ago at another dealership, and Richie did not change, except for age, I asked Richie why I should buy a Nissan Rogue ? As he did several years ago, he has a complete knowledge of the Nissan product, plus the demo ride, where he demonstrated the features of the vehicle, and really made me a believer on why I should buy a Rogue. Frank (Mgr.) explained the numbers, there was no arguing, just factual figures, and of course Frank produced the right numbers, and put the icing on the cake to seal the deal. Two of the nicest gentlemen to deal with, and they are team players and a definite asset to the Harbor Nissan dealership. We haven't had any service done yet but I have been in the service department and it seems to work like a well oiled machine.
