Worst experience EVER Took my car for a "free" oil change - a vehicle I just purchased there exactly 3 months ago. It was horrible from start to finish, beginning with how Took my car for a "free" oil change - a vehicle I just purchased there exactly 3 months ago. It was horrible from start to finish, beginning with how rude the associate was when I dropped the car off and telling me I'd have to pay $29 for the "free" oil change since I didn't have a dealership logo (one that was never placed on my car and hadn't been an issue in the past when I took it in). After an hour of waiting, they came and found me and let me know that while my vehicle was in their care and custody, it was backed into and damaged by someone delivering to their facility. They showed very little concern, told me little info...didn't even give me the number to the police (I am from out of county), and even allowed the other driver to leave before informing me of ANYTHING! Come to find out, only by way of the police officer, what they told me was not the entire truth...one of their employees was driving my vehicle when the other truck hit it. I was not offered a loaner, they did not attempt to make any amends. The only thing i was offered was a bottled water after being in the hot sun for over an hour, and a halfassed apology stating, "Sorry, but we can't control what other people do." As an attorney, I just didn't realize "reputable" dealerships still act so negligently this day in age; so careless. At this point, I am considering my options for dealing with this matter. I would like to point out that the oil change is supposed to come with a car wash and vaccuum. After the officer completed his report, NONE of this was done...however they did take the time out to affix their tacky logo to my vehicle - the one I explicitly stated I did not want. More
