difficult 4 staff 2 find used car w/our criteria Start was difficult - seemed staff didn't have ability to pull up cars that fit our specified criteria which we were required to work under: Used car Start was difficult - seemed staff didn't have ability to pull up cars that fit our specified criteria which we were required to work under: Used car; blue book value $5,000 or less and under 100,000 miles. Couldn't believe that computer program didn't allow them to search inventory with our criteria. Once we got past that difficulty it seemed as though there was confusion as to which cars were still on lot and which had gone to auction and which were under contract. Once we FOUND a car, however, everything went fine - everyone was friendly, accomplished their end of the paperwork and deal was handled very well. But access to inventory and ability to monitor status of inventory seemed to be a big problem with your computer system. More

I am a Disabled Veteran, On 12/06/2016 I got taken for a new 2017 Nissan Sentra S model sealing on the internet for $13,653., And after salesman promise me a $5,000 discount On 12/06/2016 I got taken for a new 2017 Nissan Sentra S model sealing on the internet for $13,653., And after salesman promise me a $5,000 discount cleared thru sales manger from list price $18,563, With a $6,500 dollars deposit., Harbor Nissan kept me there for hours until I could not think and see any more, Again and again I was saying I am disabled and I needed to stop for that day and I will come back the next day., But high pressure sales people kept on pushing me to finish up and I told Harbor Nissan over and over I cannot see or think anymore, But they kept up pressure and pushing papers in front of me to sign, Even after the dealership was closed for the day., I finely got out well after 7:30 p.m. Hour after closing., The next day I got to look over the papers and notice Harbor Nissan only gave me a $1,500 discount from full price, I called and text them, And I received no replay back. And I notice couple days later the same make and model sealing on line for $12,553 More
