However, I was told by salesman Alex that transferring my current (disabled veteran) plate to the new car I bought would take about "two weeks." Then, the sales mgr, Rob Wilkins said "three weeks." I had to do all the follow up for that MYSELF today. Melissa was very helpful and said the sales people should NOT have given a time line for the transfer. Anyway, I finally got the registration today - with NO PHONE CALL that it was in (as promised by Rob). Also; I was told by Rob that I did NOT have to join the CU where I got financed...WRONG!!! I DID have to open an acct with them (albeit, with just $5.00). Also, no one has called me personally to simply ask me how my experience was; how I like the car, etc..These may seem like minor things, but mean a lot to customers - as in "Service AFTER the sale." On a grading scale of 'A' to 'F', thus far I'd give my experience here a 'C-minus'. More
